  • Chemical-free lyophilization is a cold trap with a strong cooling power of -120°C or less, and can easily capture organic solvents such as ethanol, methanol, acetone, hexane, and iso-octane, which have a freezing point of -115°C ~ -95°C.
  • For samples with a freezing point below -100°C, liquid nitrogen must be used for preliminary freezing, which has been difficult due to the risk of not only cost but also the possibility of sample contamination.
    In addition, in -86°C freezers, the experiment often fails because the sample does not freeze properly, or the frozen sample melts quickly during the process of transferring it to the drying room.
    Chemical-free freeze-drying can self-cool at temperatures below -120°C, making it a very suitable product for fast, convenient, and economical experiments.
